FCC Gasoline Selective Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst

1. 产品用途 Application

FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术针对FCC汽油高硫、高烯烃特点以及车用汽油质量升级的迫切需求,可将FCC汽油硫含量脱至符合欧Ⅲ、欧Ⅳ及欧Ⅴ标准,烯烃饱和率5%~15%,辛烷值(RON)损失0.3~1.5单位。

FCC gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization catalyst is developed according to FCC gasoline features of high sulfur and high olefin, basis on urgent demand of car oil quality, which make sulfur content in FCC gasoline meet standard of Europe III, Europe IV and Europe V, olefins saturation rate 5%~15%, Octane (RON) 0.3~1.5 unit.

2. 技术特点 Technology Features

我司开发了适用于选择性加氢脱硫专用催化剂和催化剂组合装填技术;选择合适的选择性加氢脱硫工艺条件,在较低的反应压力、较高的空速下有较高的脱硫能力,且氢耗低,辛烷值损失小。

We recommend our new developed loading method; under suitable technological condition, low reaction pressure and high space velocity, this catalyst works with outstanding sulfur removal capacity, low hydrogen consumption and small octane ratio.
