1. 产品简介
二段转化催化剂是以镍为活性组分、氧化铝为载体的沉淀型转化催化剂,主要用于以甲烷为主的气态烃(包括天然气、焦炉气、油田伴生气等)为原料的二段转化炉。二段转化炉操作温度高,要求催化剂有比一段转化催化剂更好的耐热稳定性,一般情况下,二段热保护催化剂HHZ03Y和二段转化催化剂HHZ02Y配套使用,热保护催化剂要求有良好的抗冲刷能力,较稳定的机械强度,能耐受1300℃以上的高温。
Secondary reforming catalyst is kind of Precipitation type reforming catalyst taking nickel as active component and alumina as carrier, which is mainly used for secondary steam reforming process using methane gas as raw material such as natural gas, oil field gas, coke-oven gas, refinery gas.
Secondary reformer works with high temperature, HHZ02Y catalyst need to resistant to higher temperature than primary reforming catalyst. Use along with HHZ03Y guard catalyst would make them work well with excellent crush strength and resistance to 1300℃.
