HHPR Guard Catalyst is practically used in hydrotreating and hydrocracking process for inferior distillated oil and residuum oil.
This catalyst works effeciently to remove scale substance and metal impurity, preventing rapid pressure drop rising within reactors, so that equipments can work long time and steadily.

3.Application
(1).HHPR-I/II is primary used as additional refining agent for second treatment kerosene, paraffin hydrotreating, microcrystal wax hydrotreating and lube hydrogenation, also used as Guard Catalyst for VGO hydrocracking and coker gatch hydrotreating process.
This Guard Catalyst works efficiently on ensuring shelf life of main activated catalyst, slow press drop speed and extend the service life of equipments.
This Guard Catalyst can intercept particulates and remove metal impurity within raw material, so that to reduce pressur drop and protect main activated catalyst.
(2).HHPR-III is primary used as additional refining agent for second treatment kerosene, paraffin hydrotreating, microcrystal wax hydrotreating and lube hydrogenation, also used as Guard Catalyst for VGO hydrocracking and coker gatch hydrotreating process.
This Guard Catalyst can intercept particulates and remove metal impurity within raw material, so that to low pressur drop and protect main activated catalyst.
(3).HHPR-IV Guard Catalyst is especially used for residuum oil hydrogenation, primary for hydrogenation of heavy raw material. By intercepting particulates and removing impurity like metal and carbon residue to reduce press drop and protect main activated catalyst. Besides, HHPR-IV could reduce coking on top of catalyt bed and extend the service life of equipments.
Remark: Guard Catalysts could be designed and produced as clients’ requirement.
