Hydrotreating Catalyst is specially developed for reforming pre-hydrogenation, solvent oil hydrotreating and Kerosene hydrotreating.


Detail Description

1. Application
According to that light distillate has different features from different refinery depends on raw material and operation condition, HHLDS series Hydrotreating Catalyst is specially developed for reforming pre-hydrogenation, solvent oil hydrotreating and Kerosene hydrotreating.
 
2. Technology features
There are 3 types catalyst taking modified alumina as carrier.
HHLDS-1 has excellent hydrodesulfurization, high crush strength and small bulk density, specially suitable for light distillate of high sulfur.
With low pressure, low hydrogen/oil ratio, high space velocity, this catalyst could produce high quality reforming material with sulfur+nitrogen<0.5ppm.
HHLDS-2 also could remove nitrogen besides sulfur, which is suitable for hydrotreating process of light distillate specially for coking naphtha, pyrolysisgasoline and high nitrogen naphtha. This catalyst could work at 5℃ lower temperature than similar types of catalyst.
HHLDS-3 has large pore volume, large surface area to remove sulfur and nitrogen, which has working well for reforming prehydrogenation and coking gasoline hydrotreating process.
