1. Application According to that light distillate has different features from different refinery depends on raw material and operation condition, HHLDS series Hydrotreating Catalyst is specially developed for reforming pre-hydrogenation, solvent oil hydrotreating and Kerosene hydrotreating. 2. Technology features There are 3 types catalyst taking modified alumina as carrier. HHLDS-1 has excellent hydrodesulfurization, high crush strength and small bulk density, specially suitable for light distillate of high sulfur. With low pressure, low hydrogen/oil ratio, high space velocity, this catalyst could produce high quality reforming material with sulfur+nitrogen<0.5ppm. HHLDS-2 also could remove nitrogen besides sulfur, which is suitable for hydrotreating process of light distillate specially for coking naphtha, pyrolysisgasoline and high nitrogen naphtha. This catalyst could work at 5℃ lower temperature than similar types of catalyst. HHLDS-3 has large pore volume, large surface area to remove sulfur and nitrogen, which has working well for reforming prehydrogenation and coking gasoline hydrotreating process.
